About Us
My name is Brett Begbie and I am the President of Golden Gate Gardens, Inc. We are a full service landscape construction company with a vast knowledge of general building and landscape construction techniques. We carry a C-27 Landscaping license which allows us to build virtually all of your exterior landscaping needs.
I grew up in Northern California with a father that had the knowledge and skills to build virtually anything. I used the knowledge and skills he passed on to me in college where I worked for a concrete company, built decks and fences and installed irrigation and sod. I received an Industrial Engineering degree and Mathematics minor from California State University, Chico and moved to the Bay Area. I worked as an Industrial Engineer for almost a decade but I always had a project going on the side. I have always loved to build and decided to go after my dream, in 2004, and the business Golden Gate Gardens, Incorporated was formed. Ever since, we have been providing residential and commercial customers with the highest quality landscape construction services.
The core of our company is based on "quality of workmanship" and "customer satisfaction." We stand behind our work in all aspects by using quality materials and offer a complete customer warranty. There is not a job too small or too large that we cannot handle. With my engineering background and the support of my staff, we are able to create the landscape you envision and you will be able to enjoy your space for years to come. Our motto is to "Do It Once - Do It Right" and is portrayed in the finished product that adds value and beauty to your home or business.
